​I believe that the weeks of school holidays are a favourable period to intensly develop the potential of young talents.
To this end I wanted to create a structure that enables young musicians to increase their knowledge. Transmitting values ​​related to the traditions of a teaching forms analytical skills and promotes the development of the personality and individuality.
The spirit and peacefulness of the spa town of Mondorf-les-Bains lends itself particularly well to finding the balance between research, listening, work on oneself, meeting others and interactivity. I wish that these moments of sharing music and culture together will lead to the artistic and personal development of the young musicians.

Our Masterclasses
The philosophy of the masterclass is to introduce young musicians to the different major schools of their chosen instrument as well as to Chamber Music. Young people have the opportunity to develop and benefit from the teaching of internationally known teachers.

Once a year for one week, the participants can perfect their music in a peaceful and pleasant surrounding with professors who travel from all over the world to Mondorf-les-Bains.

Located in the land of the Moselle vineyards, the spa town of Mondorf-les-Bains has a long tradition of welcoming many artists, musicians, writers and painters including such names as Victor Hugo, Maurice Ravel and Arthur Rubinstein. Journées Musicales Mondorf
The ambition of the association Journées Musicales Mondorf is to promote the teaching and the tradition of instrumental music through educational projects, such as individual lessons, chamber music, string ensemble and the presentation of concerts while exploring innovative artistic paths.
